Non-asbestos gasket sheets specifications
Type: Non-asbestos compressed fibre gasket sheet (Doniflex-A)
Composition: Aramid/cellulose fibres with elastomer binder (typically NBR) and mineral fillers
Temperature Range: approx. −40 °C to +250 °C (short peaks higher, depending on application)
Pressure Range: medium to high (depends on flange design, bolt load and medium)
Resistance: water, steam, oils, fuels, mild chemicals
Doniflex-A is a general-purpose, non-asbestos fibre gasket material for industrial flange sealing. It offers good mechanical strength and reliable sealing performance in common utilities and process applications. Suitable for cutting flange gaskets, rings and custom shapes from sheet material.
